Your Responsibilities

Ensure that the main features of the building are in good condition. This includes: The exterior/structure of the building, the roof, and that the boiler and electrics are functional.

Ensure that you have adequate safety and environmental certificates in place (e.g. Gas safety Electrical Safety, EPC).

Ensure that you continue to look after your mortgage, if you have one in place.

Company Responsibilities

We guarantee to pay you the agreed monthly rent and ensure there are no void rental periods.

We help you secure a corporate lease.

We ensure all utility bills and council tax bills are paid for and we maintain the property during the terms of contract with regular property inspections.

We organise all repairs and certificate renewals for you and will complete minor repairs to the property for free.

We will provide a regular cleaning service to keep your property in optimal condition.
